About Yoga

As a Yoga Instructor based in the New Jersey area, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my practice.

Yoga strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, weight loss, helps in thyroid, diabetes and hormonal imbalance. Improve and balance Metabolism and mental wellbeing. It includes yoga poses, Pranayama, Meditation and shuddhi Kriya. It is a wonderful exercise which give you peace, calmness and bliss.
